Job Description

Hobart Service, an Illinois Tool Works Company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize large volumes of customer communications and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Provide compliant and accurate information to customers, utilizing the right methods and tools.
  • Lead and train customer service representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
