Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hobart Service, an Illinois Tool Works Company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our current system to properly log and page service calls, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with the Service Support Team to identify and resolve service-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support and service industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm in stressful situations, and adjust plans to meet changing needs.
