Job Title: Customer Care Support Specialist

At Hobart Service, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate execution of programs, repairs, and pricing for our key account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Hobart Field Organization to improve processes, minimize service issues, and drive consistency in processes across the organization.
  • Manage scorecards, daily follow-ups, and reporting to ensure success of key customer relationships and adherence to proper procedures.
  • Maintain data integrity, including market segment codes, Epicor equipment projects, service location roll-ups, and warranty registration information.
  • Develop and manage various programs and special key account projects as needed.
  • Track, follow-up, and report on PMs, pricing structures, and current procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the department.
  • Identify service offices and personnel where intervention may be needed to improve processes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to handle internal and external customers politely and efficiently, follow procedures to solve problems, understand company products and services, and maintain a pleasant and professional image.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in business or similar.
  • Bilingual.
