Business Development Representative

Conexon, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling fiber optic services to residential customers in your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also possess a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, with the ability to effectively manage and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will also collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
In addition to your sales acumen, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes. You will also possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for building long-term relationships with customers and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
