Account Development Representative

The Phillip Bell - State Farm Agent team is seeking a results-driven and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized solutions to their insurance needs. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve our goals.
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with clients as needed, and providing prompt and accurate customer service. You will also be expected to promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in sales, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. Additionally, experience managing client relationships is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes paid time off, health benefits, and growth potential/opportunities for advancement within our agency.
