Director of Server Sales Operations

The Server Sales Director will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the server sales segment. With a strong focus on strategy development and execution, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and managing a team of sales representatives.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in server sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Experience in remote work environments.
