Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Phillip Bell - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to establish meaningful relationships with clients and serve as a liaison between their needs and our agency departments.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales-minded professional who is passionate about marketing relevant products and services to customers. As an Account Manager, you will improve the lives of our customers by proactively identifying their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by understanding their needs and preferences.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience managing client relationships is highly valued.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs and effectively relate to them.
