Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships is highly valued.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs and effectively relate to them.
