Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Nine Mind Solutions. The ideal candidate will have junior level experience in ServiceNow development and be able to support customer environment operations.

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. This includes assisting with the technical design for architecture, ensuring overall code quality, and developing custom integration components.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting, maintaining, and updating policies, procedures, and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle. Additionally, they will assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution and design new ServiceNow applications and services.

Required skills include a minimum of 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow development, experience with custom service portals, and knowledge of ServiceNow System Administration. Desired skills include experience with process development and deployment, web service integration, and single sign-on configuration.

Education requirements include a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Desired certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
