Deputy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to join our Human Services Agency team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Human Services Agency team
- Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of our community
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human services or a related field, including 2+ years of upper management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- A competitive salary range of $176,664.30 to $205,443.75
