Job Title: Deputy Director - Human Services Agency

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to join our Human Services Agency team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our human services teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve program outcomes and achieve our agency's goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and other organizations, to advance our mission and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the development of budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of increasingly responsible managerial experience in human services, including 2 years of upper management level experience.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management, with a focus on program development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
