We are proud to have a talented team of Client Solution Managers who are instrumental in our success. These individuals are responsible for end-to-end sales, including the creative development and execution of sourcing strategies and recruiting plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Our Client Solution Managers are responsible for:

  • Developing and building relationships with our existing client base and prospects for new clients and business
  • Collaborating with client hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand and strategize fulfillment
  • Conducting intake meetings with client managers to set expectations and maintain communications throughout recruiting
  • Networking and building strong relationships with prospective clients and candidates by providing strategic guidance and advice
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for candidates presented by the recruiting team, reviewing resumes and assessing qualifications and fit
  • Participating in phone screens, providing candidate assessments, and recommending viable candidates to Trustech client managers for further consideration
  • Managing the interview schedule for candidates and client managers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Documenting all candidate and client interactions in our ATS and/or CRM to ensure we have the necessary information to represent each candidate successfully and the client we contact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in staffing, consulting, or software sales, preferably in technology
  • Experience working with SaaS-based software, including those for applicant tracking (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM), and Project Management
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with top-level technology leaders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to think on your feet and resourcefully solve problems
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and tech-savvy
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in business or technology
