Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced AI technologies and the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM technologies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to help close customer deals in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Work closely with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate these into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement data pipeline and AI model deployment strategies, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of AI solutions.
  • Conduct systems integration and ensure compatibility with existing client IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and LLM technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our solution offerings.
  • Oversee testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and internal teams on our AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in technical architecture and leadership, and at least 1 year in an AI-focused role.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing complex AI solutions, especially in the areas of Generative AI and LLM.
  • Proficient in AI and machine learning frameworks, data pipeline management, and cloud services.
  • Experience designing and implementing systems with queuing, data transformations, and databases.
  • Experience in technical pre-sales solutions architect role.
  • Experience developing systems using React,, and Python.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects involving complex data and AI systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
