Position Overview:


We are seeking a legal professional with over 5 years of experience in defending employers against various claims such as wrongful termination, unfair labor practices, and employment discrimination in front of labor arbitrators, administrative bodies, and both state and federal courts.

Additionally, experience in representing businesses during union elections and advising numerous unionized employers is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on personnel policies and record-keeping
  • Managing employee discipline and termination processes
  • Addressing workplace privacy concerns
  • Handling employment discrimination cases
  • Responding to union organization efforts
  • Managing union picketing and strikes
  • Overseeing collective bargaining and contract management
  • Facilitating grievance processing and labor arbitration
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
  • Managing overtime and prevailing wage claims


We are particularly interested in candidates with substantial trial experience in defending employers against discrimination claims, as well as familiarity with contract negotiations, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, arbitration, and appellate advocacy.
