We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor of Psychology to join our team at the University of Saint Francis. As an Adjunct Professor, you will be responsible for teaching graduate courses that support our division's graduate programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Teach graduate courses in Psychology, adhering to university academic and employment policies.
  • Develop and implement educational activities that align with established teaching goals and objectives.
  • Interact effectively with university constituents, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Director or college Dean.

**Requirements:**

  • Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling with licensure preferred.
  • Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD or PsyD) in general areas of Psychology preferred.
  • Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling with licensure considered.
  • Masters Degree in general areas of Psychology considered.
  • Experience teaching in higher education preferred.
  • Experience teaching at the graduate level preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrates an understanding of educational theory, instructional methods, evaluation techniques, and use of technology typically utilized in higher education in a classroom setting.
  • Demonstrates analytical and organizational skills necessary to plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, necessary to interact effectively with all university constituents.
