Position Title: Account Manager - FCS Process End Users

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand professional relationships with clients influencing the selection of technology, products, and services related to actuation.
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and secure new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of products and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support with an emphasis on retention.
  • Build rapport and influence customer preferences and specifications.
  • Collaborate with account teams to create and execute Account Plans.
  • Coordinate across departments to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and necessary documentation promptly.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:

  • BS/BA degree required, ideally in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of process industry applications, operations, and technology, especially in pressure management equipment and valve actuation/control products.

Experience/Skills:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated outside sales experience in the process control sector. Existing industry connections are advantageous.
  • Experience engaging with Upstream and Midstream End Users and Engineering Contractors.
