The role of the Associate Studio Manager is to provide exceptional service to clients at Stretch Zone through effective assisted stretching techniques and a welcoming atmosphere.

This position focuses on sales, where the Associate Studio Manager will assist the General Manager in promoting stretch programs while also engaging with clients who have already made purchases.

In the absence of the General Manager, the Associate Studio Manager will oversee studio operations and drive sales initiatives.

The Associate Studio Manager is expected to uphold and enhance the culture of Stretch Zone, fostering a collaborative team environment.


We seek individuals from the health and wellness sector who are eager to be part of a transformative movement gaining traction nationwide.

As a leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, Stretch Zone is looking for motivated individuals who aspire to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

All selected candidates will undergo a week of training to learn and demonstrate proficiency in our techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and policies.

Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures for effective business and financial management.

Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a team player.

Resolve client concerns effectively.

Enhance member retention rates.

Foster relationships with clients to promote retention.

Oversee studio productivity during shifts.

Generate new leads for the studio.

Follow up on missed sales opportunities and no-shows.

Utilize effective listening skills to gather feedback and ideas that support team dynamics.

Possess knowledge of financial models and budget management.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in health and wellness, with a background in anatomy or physiology and sales experience preferred. We are looking for an energetic, innovative, team-oriented, compassionate, and creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor.

Studio Operating Hours:
Monday-Saturday 9AM - 6PM (potential extended hours from 7AM - 8PM).

Compensation:
Up to $25 per hour (plus commission).

Training: A two-week training program is mandatory, consisting of one week focused on stretching techniques and another week on management training. Employees will receive compensation during training, and all related expenses will be covered.

As a prerequisite for the Associate Studio Manager position, we recommend candidates hold a personal training certification from ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF, and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited bodywork.
