Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Federal Government Clients

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing trends within the federal sector, leveraging your industry expertise, and strategically positioning RD to maximize growth opportunities within this key segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze trends within the federal sector and leverage your industry expertise to strategically position RD for growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for federal clients, actively engaging to optimize and expand existing relationships and drive new business opportunities.
  • Utilize RD's strengths in cloud infrastructure, data analytics, digital product engineering, and customer experience to position RD as the leading provider of digital transformation solutions for federal agencies.
  • Work closely with project and program management teams to ensure the successful delivery of services through an integrated approach.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with senior-level clients, internal teams, and external partners, driving significant growth within federal accounts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technical products or services, with a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts, particularly within the public sector or government.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with a strong ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and creative thinking, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to federal clients.
  • A history of consistently exceeding performance expectations.
