LHH has partnered with a Manufacturing company in Ottawa, Kansas that is looking to bring on a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist on a Contract-to-Hire Basis. This role is fully in office.

Job Duties

  • Handle all payment-related transactions.

  • Address and resolve payment-related queries from customers, vendors, and colleagues.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with other process teams.

  • Identify and suggest updates, simplifications, and enhancements to processes, procedures, and technologies.

  • Provide assistance on payment-related inquiries, acting as the first point of contact via appropriate channels (tickets, emails, etc.).

  • Book and reconcile bank statements with cash flow.

  • Post bank statements manually outside the SWIFT channel for CSC companies in SAP.

  • Monitor electronic bank statements from the SWIFT channel for CSC companies in SAP.

  • Verify details in payment files, confirm, send, and release payment files.

  • Run bank accruals, upload EMEA bank statements, and perform CLOCO.

Salary: $54,000 - $57,000
