Position Overview
We are currently looking for an Administrative Support Specialist for a temporary engagement. This position requires onsite presence during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing various administrative and clerical duties including filing, mail handling, scanning, and copying.
- Serving as a communication link between different departments and personnel.
- Participating in meetings to gather information and, when necessary, taking notes.
- Managing routine correspondence, including drafting responses and directing them to the relevant department.
- Preparing specialized correspondence as needed.
- Utilizing standard office equipment and machinery as required.
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Relevant full-time experience in a sub-professional or paraprofessional capacity may be considered in lieu of formal education, up to a maximum of four years.
