Key Responsibilities:- Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintaining accurate records and handling cash and credit transactions
- Working effectively in a team environment and communicating with colleagues and management
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
