As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of in-game sponsorships by leveraging your expertise in gaming and adtech. You will collaborate closely with all of EA's studio teams, ensuring the seamless integration of new ad inventory. Your role is critical in executing our sponsorship and advertising tech program roadmap and ensuring its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases that evaluate opportunities for new inventory and revenue streams.
- Identify and build alignment between stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Write feature design briefs, ensuring technical requirements align with our business needs and goals.
- Build and execute production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Define and oversee testing requirements in closed beta, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Operationalize ongoing workflows for content creation and ingestion, including data management and analytics.
- Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new features and ad inventory.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks through process design and tech enablement, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Collaborate with our Senior PM of Data Solutions to ensure proper telemetry setup for measurement and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a product management role in tech or gaming industries, with a focus on game development, advertising, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with project management and design software such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Google Drive, and/or Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
