Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to drive the success of our firm and help shape our Go-to-Market plan. As a key leader, you will play an integral role in finding, opening, and establishing new local and national clients and accounts. Your responsibilities will include Business Development, Business Expertise, Leadership, People Management, and Consulting.

You will leverage your rich network of connections to translate into new business for our firm. Your ability to further that personal network to deepen existing relationships while cultivating new ones, and having a passion for growth, will be instrumental to this position's success.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the technology sector with an emphasis on tech, media, and telecommunications. You will have a refined knowledge of the underlying technology and software engineering requisite to the sector and be capable of leading teams of all levels and understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Take pride in the success of your Business Unit/Line and the firm
  • Ownership of at least one Key Account > 1M
  • Maintain Team chargeability > 75%
  • Minimum originated revenue of $2K, managed revenue of $K per year
  • Minimum x-border, x-selling of $K per year

Qualifications

  • 10 years of total experience related to customer delivery, practice management, business development and sales origination required within management consulting
  • Proven experience with top-tier, global technology and software development clients with an adept knowledge of consumer facing technologies such as virtual reality, gaming, IoT, etc.
  • Passion for and growth focused sales professional with proven record of accomplishment of exceeding personal revenue goals through business expertise
  • Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters their entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven record of accomplishment of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach
  • Drive profitability and position for continued growth and expansion
  • Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome
  • Ability to travel for client and company meetings; up to 30%
  • Currently based in Seattle and eligible to work in the United States
