Ecommerce Account Manager

The eCommerce Account Manager will oversee the commercial operations of the eCommerce Account Executives team and work with existing and new clients to sell company products, including negotiating and closing contracts. This role will manage the entire renewals process from start to finish, working with various departments throughout the company, with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect within assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing pipeline opportunities
• Sell and promote SaaS solutions to new accounts
• Develop and execute strategic opportunity plans to ensure quota attainment
• Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
• Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction
• Work with sales and marketing teams to share new ideas and new business development strategies
• Leverage multiple communication methods
• Skilled at time management and prioritization
• Effective at territory planning and execution
• Efficient at asking questions to understand needs and uncover opportunities
• Acts as a role model and mentor across the organization, sharing best practices and messaging
• Shows willingness to learn from other sales roles, internal business partners, and client experiences
Requirements
• Ability to navigate and manage end-to-end sales cycles
• 2-4 years' experience as BDR, quota-carrying Sales role or similar; software solution sales preferred
• Knowledge of contact management solutions, preferably
• Business travel may be required to attend client meetings and conferences
