Position Overview:

Job Title:
Strategic Account Executive

Location:
Onsite - San Diego

Compensation:
$70,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and communications teams, and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint partnership opportunities and develop proposals aimed at securing funding.


- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives, such as product launches, content creation, and event sponsorships.

- Monitor and evaluate partnership metrics, including engagement, reach, and revenue generation.

- Represent CorDx at industry events and conferences to establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector.

- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional weekends and international travel.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise sound business judgment to drive performance.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English.

- A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to the life sciences sector.
