Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at an upscale casual restaurant in Downtown Detroit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including banquet and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Manage banquet and catering services, including event planning and execution
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale casual setting
  • Proven track record of success in improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of Toast POS system and other restaurant management software
