Available Shifts
We are currently seeking candidates for various shifts.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Supportive Care team, your duties will include:

  • Facilitating active treatment by supporting all aspects of the program, including training, operations, and the overall needs of individuals in the care facility.
  • Providing transportation for individuals using company vehicles while maintaining the necessary qualifications to operate them legally.
  • Upholding the rights of individuals by treating them with dignity and respect.
  • Completing all required documentation for individuals and company operations.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting all interactions in a professional and mature manner while representing the organization.
  • Remaining alert and attentive while on duty.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times.
  • Modeling and reinforcing the needs of individuals and care facility operations by leading by example.
  • Participating in all scheduled in-services and training sessions to meet the needs of the care facility, individuals, and the organization.
  • Communicating promptly about individual, facility, and vehicle needs to the facility manager.
  • Assisting and monitoring self-medication processes and tasks delegated by nursing staff.
  • Immediately reporting any errors to nursing staff.
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in community events and activities.
  • Facilitating social interactions and promoting socially valued behaviors.
  • Providing individuals with choices regarding their activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to dietary menus and requirements.

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum: High School diploma or GED.

Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
Must possess a reliable form of transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance. Candidates should have been a licensed driver for at least one year.

Physical Requirements:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

  • Frequent standing, walking, using hands or fingers, reaching with hands and arms, feeling, seeing, talking, and hearing.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Potential exposure to bodily fluids, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.

Skills:

  • Preferred: Two years of experience in supportive care.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret social work materials, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
