24/7 care for Special Needs individuals in your own home. Assist with all activities of daily living including meal preperation, bathing, dressing and medication administration if needed. Transporting to medical appointments. Must have a valid TX DL and current auto insurance. Pass background checks. Provide a safe, comfortable and clean living environment. Comply with Texas HHSC HCS regulations. Complete monthly documentation of care provided and participate in quarterly home fire drills. Training is provided.
