Delta-T Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Support Specialist to provide direct care and oversee activities of At Risk/High Risk children and adolescents. This is a temporary position with flexible shifts available, including evening hours and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to At Risk/High Risk children and adolescents
  • Oversee activities and ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on client progress and well-being
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
  • Ability to clear a DOJ, FBI, and CACI background check
  • Proof of Covid vaccination required
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
