About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Strykermeded. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process complex orders for surgical implants, ensuring all daily deadlines are met.
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to provide answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses as needed.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • 2+ years of order processing, data entry, account management, or relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills required (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base preferred.
