Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Join Axelon as a Senior Customer Service Representative and take on a challenging role in our Income Annuities Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a remote environment with occasional in-office visits to Tampa
  • Process requests in our system with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Review and verify forms for good order
  • Communicate with customers through written correspondence
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate calculations
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in annuities, contracts, beneficiaries, and benefits changes
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with ability to process complex transactions
  • Computer literacy and ability to follow procedures
