Senior Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at TruGreen. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound customer service calls, assessing root cause(s) of customer issues, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assess customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
