Job Title: Customer Service Representative

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
