Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our go-to-market leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations end-to-end to support business growth. Your primary objective will be to drive continuous improvement in our Go-to-Market strategy, partner with Sales Leadership to define and quantify quarterly team objectives and performance metrics, and provide strategic advice to leadership on go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, and deal flow bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our Go-to-Market approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and quantify quarterly team objectives and performance metrics, ensuring a clear understanding of sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer expert guidance to leadership on go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, and deal flow bottlenecks, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage large-scale projects that impact new business, retention, and customer satisfaction, driving strategic and operational alignment.
  • Manage Sales Forecast: Develop processes to collect inputs, analyze, and improve accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Instrument, Analyze, and Turn Data into Actionable Insights: Utilize data to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize sales performance.
  • Manage Incentive Compensation: Partner with finance to prepare plans, set goals, and provide regular updates on sales performance KPIs, ensuring accurate payouts and reporting.
  • Sales Systems and Reporting: Ensure the effective administration of sales-related tools, supporting clarity and accountability of sales activity and progress.
  • Team Building: Attract, hire, and develop outstanding talent, partnering with Sales Leadership, Sales Executives, and Marketing to accelerate top-funnel sales playbooks and streamline handoff processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and/or business operations, with previous sales experience outside of operations being a plus.
  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to surface relevant data with ease.
  • Excel and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) reporting proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and leading initiatives between various teams.
  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to scope work and operate independently.
Qualifications (Bonus)
  • Previous experience working at a healthcare SaaS company.
  • Domain knowledge specific to care delivery and clinical workflows.
