Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with other managers and team members to achieve business objectives and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the pizza industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
