Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager

Main Street Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial loans and work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, including new loan requests, renewal requests, and workout strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Commercial Lending Team to achieve commercial loan portfolio management and loan origination and deposit growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loans and small business loans.
- Collaborate with Lenders and other team members to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
- Deliver high-quality loan applications, reports, and summaries to loan officers and credit officers.
- Perform company and industry research as needed.
- Independently manage and complete loans assigned, applying appropriate techniques and regulatory parameters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of Commercial Lending or related experience, with a focus on C&I Lending, CRE, and construction loans.
- Strong background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal).
- Ability to complete accurate complex financial and other analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market/ Business Opportunities: Identify customer needs and proactively cross-sell MSB's products and services.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders.
