Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our shop and ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule all repair work in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise shop mechanics and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with fleet maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal fleet performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from high school or technical school with coursework in auto/equipment mechanics.
  • At least six years of experience in diesel engine/heavy equipment repairs or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Massachusetts Commercial Driver's License and a clean MVR.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
