About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to build new business and manage client relationships as a Sales Account Manager for CoNetrix Security and Tandem Software. As a successful candidate, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with prospects and customers alike. You must have the ability to leverage your expertise in sales techniques and product knowledge to successfully close sales.

About CoNetrix Security and Tandem Software

CoNetrix Security and Tandem Software provide Information Security services and compliance software to community banks, credit unions, and other security-conscious companies. CoNetrix Security has provided IT audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and consulting services since 2001, while Tandem has grown into an 11-product suite used by over 1,300 financial institutions in all 50 states.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Confer with customers to assess needs and communicate value
  • Participate in sales presentations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and provide prompt sales opportunity follow-up
  • Travel for sales trips, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
  • You are conscientious, honest, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity
  • You are driven to reach sales goals and motivated to pursue sales opportunities
  • You are resilient in the face of rejection and uncertainty, with a calm and confident demeanor
  • You have excellent negotiation skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills
  • You must be authorized for permanent work in the U.S.
