Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales goals for one or more properties. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to secure new accounts and grow existing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain assigned sales and revenue goals, as well as solicitation call goals.
  • Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients to promote hotel services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
