Key Responsibilities- Attain assigned sales and revenue goals, as well as solicitation call goals.
- Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients to promote hotel services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
