Technical Support Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Vector Security. As a Technical Support Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our technical support services.
Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments with customers to maintain efficiency, proper routing, and minimal overtime.
- Utilize software to select the appropriate technician and document any travel required.
- Ensure necessary parts are available to maintain appropriate service levels.
- Manage technician schedules throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.
- Minimum of 2 years of office setting and customer service experience.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Above average computer skills, including:
- The ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.
- Must be able to navigate within multiple systems while speaking with customers.
- Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
