Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to drive company revenue by presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our steel products to customers, leveraging CRM platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue potential customers, building rapport and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and solutions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials to effectively present our products and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Prior experience in metalworks, welding, or related fields is preferred.
