Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Harlan Global Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and technical support experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
