City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of building maintenance services, serving over 90 locations across the US and Canada. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Santa Barbara, Ventura, or Thousand Oaks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through aggressive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
  • Utilize and manage our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information and track sales performance.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of success, with a minimum of 2 full calendar years of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data.
  • Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie, is preferred.
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude and a love for being challenged.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate presentations and one-on-one meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
