About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Consultant to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our sales success, building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting vehicles that perfectly match their lifestyle and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Greet and qualify potential customers, establishing rapport and identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Needs Assessments: Conduct thorough needs assessments, understanding budget, desired features, and intended vehicle use.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Showcase vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with the customer's needs.
  • Test Drives and Negotiations: Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle operation, negotiate the sale price, financing options, and trade-in value (if applicable).
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Secure customer commitment through a purchase agreement and follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or comparable sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
