Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the proper fitment of tires and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings and educate them on schedule maintenance services.
  • Assist Store Manager and Service Manager with operational duties and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Sales experience and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
