Duties:- Introduce clients to our high-quality home improvement products and services
- Successfully turn assigned leads into loyal clients by assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions
- Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Foster and grow strong professional relationships with internal corporate partners
- Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales and produce weekly reporting
- Provide prospective customers with options that align with their expressed home improvement needs
- Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company's post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, quality assurance, etc
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
