Job Title: Client Support Associate - Verizon

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Client Support Associate to join our team at Apollo Consulting Group. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, deals or sales promotions, take or enter orders, or obtain confidential customer information
  • Attract potential new customers by answering product questions and exceeding customer needs to assure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and develop a positive rapport with each and every customer
  • Work with our Customer Service, Sales, and Management staff to stay updated on the latest and greatest products, services, and sales promotions our clients have to offer
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to Management in order to improve procedures, increase client satisfaction, and enhance sales margins
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and develop long-lasting relationships to increase customer retainment
Requirements:
  • College degree or currently pursuing one
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate
  • Comfortable frequently engaging with new people and growing your network
  • Superb communication skills and a knack for leadership
  • Strong moral principles, integrity, and reliability
  • Driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exemplary customer service
  • Exceptional listener and patient problem solver
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
