Beauty Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Beauty Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for our luxury beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Participate in social media and other marketing initiatives to promote the brand and drive sales
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a client-driven sales environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of luxury beauty products and trends
