Job Summary

The Cashier is a key role in our stores, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and thanking them by name when possible.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist customers with store layout and product location, building a strong product knowledge base.
  • Participate in store meetings and adhere to company programs and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cashier experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb.
