Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cub. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout lanes and surrounding areas
* Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
