Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier & Front End Services associate at Walmart. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering their questions, and helping them with their needs.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Assist customers with their purchases, including bagging items and providing assistance with loading and unloading merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the store as needed.
